Call now and tell us what you’re seeing
Describe what you see or smell, where it is in the house, and what got wet. If we’re available you’ll be connected right away with the person who does the work. If we’re on a job, you’ll get a scheduled callback, and we’ll tell you which number to watch for so you know it’s us.
- Say where it is: a ceiling, a closet, a baseboard, the attic, under a raised house.
- Tell us when the water started — a roof leak, a storm, a supply line, or a house that sat shut through the summer.
- Mention if you scrubbed it or painted it and it came back.
- A musty smell with nothing to see still counts. CDC says the smell is reason enough to act.
- Tell us who lives there — kids, older parents, anyone with asthma.
- If the house is for sale or under contract, say so — it changes what we document.
- No forms, no packages, no upsell — a conversation about removal.
